OUTSTANDING ! This is how I describe the young woman who was at the “free scan” checkout this early afternoon. She was everywhere at once, managing the order of passages admirably. It had been 15 years since I had set foot there again, still just as old. Not much effort to make the place more warm and friendly. It's a shame.
