The staff is downright unfriendly. It wasn't even busy and I felt like I was an inconvenience. Why businesses with drive through treats walk in visitors like an inconvenience when they don't even work the drive through, I'll never understand.

Even after requesting extra sauce at the window, we were... read more During my fourth or fifth consecutive visit to this restaurant, I was once again denied Teriyaki sauce. Even after requesting extra sauce at the window, we were still turned down. I typically enjoy the Teriyaki chicken here, but it's quite bland since they don't cook it with Teriyaki sauce and won't provide any on the side. Additionally, they frequently mix up orders and deliver incorrect side dishes, like noodles instead of rice. It's unfortunate that this is the only option in the area. If I had to choose between this place and Panda Express in Willits, I would definitely opt for the latter. The service here is really disappointing.
