Applebee's Grill - Ukiah

I have dined at this restaurant numerous times over the years and have never been let down. They offer a diverse selection of dishes that cater to every taste. The breakfast, lunch, and dinner options are all fantastic. Additionally, they have a well-stocked full-service bar with a variety of draft ales and mixed drinks. I highly recommend this restaurant for its great customer service and consistently pleasant dining experience.

We visited the restaurant in the afternoon and found only a few tables occupied. It took 5 minutes before we were greeted. The service at our table was very slow. The food was overly seasoned with pepper, making it difficult to finish. Despite requesting a medium-rare steak, it was served medium-well according to the ticket.

I stood at the door waiting to be seated for 10 minutes, but no one came to assist us. I walked over to the bartender and asked if they were closing soon. He informed me they had an hour left before closing. When I asked if we needed to wait to be seated despite the sign indicating so, he confirmed that we did. After waiting for an additional 2 minutes and seeing a waitress sweeping the floor, we decided to leave. It seemed like they didn't want us to dine there.
