We just ate at Salvo's and had a wonderful time. Pappardelle with mouth watering Neapolitan ragù, followed by grilled sea bream enjoyed in religious silence. Dessert, wine, limoncello to top it all off. Friendly and attentive staff, fast service. And, dulcis in fundo, a very reasonable bill (by Swiss standards, of course! . There were four of us in the restaurant and we ordered bruschette and pizza. The bruschette were inedible as the bread was rock hard. The pizzas were very oily and not very appealing to eat. Olive oil on the salad tasted stale. The service employee was very friendly but the boss less so. When we pointed this out, he said that's just the way it is with pizzas with parmesan and that I should order a pizza margerita next time. A previous visit had not impressed us, now after the second try we will not go there again. Ambience is also overrated amazing.
