Excellent meat, wisely recommended and well cooked, good wine ahime sin for the owner makes ruinously collapse the judgement on the local, burbero and little propenso to dialogue has made us uncomfortable as soon as accompanied, replenishing the dose of antipathy to more step. Too bad, really rudeness exceeds the goodness of the dinner and I will not return until it changes owner. View all feedback.

I think in a local the quality of the products should be directly proportional to the price. In this place the prices are high and the quality of the things to drink served are PESSIME, drinks made badly, it seems that you go to save ingredients and then things come out badly, I speak for my experience of spritz aperol (use plural because I tried to give more chance to this bar) in which you try to dilute with the soda as much as possible and you try to use the least quantity of aperol possible, to drink
At lunch I asked for a pesto pasta and a gentle cook, brought me a dish of Barilla fusilli drowned in the oil of a green color and a difficult to define flavor. Excellent coffee and brioche at breakfast (for this, two balls)
We wanted some food before we left home. That was a big mistake! We haven't eaten so badly for a long time. There are probably the worst lasagna you can have. The lasagna was completely without taste, soy as potato pulp and almost as cold as the drinks. It consists mainly of bechamel sauce and is reheated in pieces. The pizza was also taste-neutral, barely occupied and completely stubborn. Operation is extremely slow, although few guests were there. Without the central location and the tourists the shop would be closed long ago! Locals aren't found here, that would have been a warning to us, but unfortunately nothing had opened on the holiday. Never again!
Udine, lunch break. I work at university at the scientific centre and, together with two colleagues, we decide to move to eat something in the centre. We sit at this bar, overlooking surely in one of the most beautiful squares of Udine. The waiter arrives, we say we would like to eat something: he looks bad and makes us change table (because he had already set up 4 tablecloths in a nearby table and probably the effort to reappear would have been excessive. It shows up shortly after with a plastified menu (rich and well presented by specifying however that from that menu we could choose only the things to drink and not to eat. It then flanks us one (sudicia envelope with a sheet A4 with the dishes available (4 pizzas, sliced and a salad called salad . After a few minutes, a second waitress (with elegant belly outside comes by asking us if we had read the menu and if we needed it again, with the obvious intention to take it away without porsi the problem of taking orders. After looking at our expressions however corrects the shot and asks us if we want to order. To the question if they also prepared sandwiches, he replied that they only had bread from sandwiches. We order all three salads (the only plausible thing, which in addition to a mixture of vegetables only had tuna. They managed to serve us without tuna. As we ate, the two waiters were sitting around talking to each other about the storefront. In fact, apart from us and another table all the many tables were empty (although we were at lunch break, which obviously was already a bad sign, so they probably were not interested in saving the minimum of professionalism that remained them. We paid 6.50 euros per head of salad (without anything. The first doubt was that they had technical problems (dispensed plundered? Broken fridge? , but no one was concerned to warn that something was wrong, and judging by the way of those who served us, the final conviction of all was that this was their way of working, perhaps after an extremely unhappy change of management. I am sorry to speak badly about the premises of my city, but I find it shameful that a local in the center, which also presents itself to the many German tourists who this season run the Alpe Adria, can offer such a service. Those who make us look bad are all of us, not just them. I wish them a radical change of way of catering, or I hope in a change of management.
