My mate plate, a burger, was still frozen ...Gross is the right word to describe this place!!! Stuff rude without meaning... Ubud is amazing place you can find a lot affordable restaurant and get amazing fresh dishes. Definitely not go to O Pablo!!!!

We tried three dishes: nachos, quesadilla and chicken lasagna. They were simply ok. Juices were quite good. Service was not that great: hard to get a waiters attention, and food was served without cutlery. For a restaurant with Western focus it might be nice to have toilet paper in the restrooms.

We were 2 families eating there and owner yelled at our kids for just being little loud. Little after, I accidentally broke a glass. Asked if I could pay it at the end they said no it's ok. Then I looked my invoiced and total didn't matched what was expected. Asked them to recount and they told me that manager told to added an amount for the broken glass. I didn't mind at all paying but just didn't like the fact that they didn't tell me and tried to just add steathly to the amount without detailing on the bill. It just didn't feel right to me. Anyway, apart from that food was alright not bad not good but overall I didn't appreciate the experience and will not go back there again just because of the lack of transparency.
