This time we were surprised by the terrible service from Mrs. or Miss Bin... read more We 've been going to this restaurant for a few years when we want to enjoy a feijoada. This time we were surprised by the terrible service from Mrs. or Miss Binha. Initially we were well attended to when we ordered caipirinhas and an aperitif. From the moment we ordered the feijoada, the attendant no longer appeared at our table, either to fulfill our order or to check if we wanted any more drinks. We waited calmly for approximately 1 hour; That 's when we realized that the occupants of two nearby tables, who had arrived and ordered after our table, were already served. We called another waiter who made the arrangements and within 10 minutes we were served. Another strange fact is that, at the end of the meal, we asked for the leftovers to be prepared for travel and, while other people who adopted the same procedure received the packaging in a personalized bag, we received it in a plastic bag. What is the justification, if any, for this? We hope that the quality of service will be maintained as before. Thanks! Cardoso
