The service is poor, i was told to pay for the straw. Had to wait for electricity for some food to be prepaid. For a tip there are terms and conditions. First time coming here and bad experience had. There's a lot to say about it but at least they delivered the second choice of food i wanted because my first choice was apparently not available... View all feedback.

I experienced poor service from a very rude waiter. His attitude was quite unpleasant when it came time for me to pay. Food: 5, Service: 2, Atmosphere: 4.

We started with the Springbok Carpaccio and Garlic Snails, and we were absolutely blown away! Our host, Bertie, gave us detailed instructions on how to enjoy the carpaccio: "Roll it up, add an olive and a caper, dip it into the balsamic vinegar, and then pop the whole thing in your mouth!" We followed his advice, and wow! It was an explosion of flavor! For our main courses, I had the Eisbein, which was golden, crispy, and perfectly salty, with meat that fell off the bone. My companion ordered the Rump, which came with the most delicious mash I’ve ever tasted. Even though we were completely stuffed, we somehow convinced our incredibly quick and attentive waitress, Gillian, to bring us a Frangelico Mousse and a Chocolate Brownie served with chocolate ice cream. A big thank you to Bertie and Chef Michael! We had a fantastic time and will definitely be back soon for more delightful dinner dates!

The calamari steaks are incredibly tender and melt in your mouth. I can't wait to try breakfast here; the photos look fantastic. And, as always, Bertie's service is top-notch.
