First visit to the area and if this is a representation of customer service I would have given a zero stars. Warm milkshake and told the milk was in the fridge so nothing they could do if my milkshake was warm. They would neither give me a replacement drink or an alternative. The owners clearly do not understand that warm milkshake is not appetising. Apparently if they gave me a replacement then they would have to do... View all feedback.
