And they serve the food fast which its awesome because in other fast foods service takes a little bit slower thanhere. Will come again here to try their sandwiches.

Chicken sandwich is a crispy treat with flavorful sauces. The shroom burger is a portabello party with cheese insideand a great vegetarian option and my favorite. Malted Shakes and french fries are a plus, definitely a treat! I also like theseating options at this location. A few indoor tables and plenty of outdoor seating in the Tysons mall outdoor quad

Whenever the manager isn't present, the employees tend to slack off. Their lack of attention to cleanliness during food preparation is concerning. It's quite disappointing and unpleasant.

However, the se... read more The food is just as delicious as you would expect. The Hot Ones burger had a mild heat, and there was a $2 charge for the Last Dab sauce packet. However, the service needs improvement; during off-peak hours, there were more than a dozen customers confused and waiting for their food. Some orders were ready but placed on a shelf at the back, out of sight for customers. When orders were called out, the announcement was unclear. I suggest having a dedicated staff member for customer assistance or at least a screen displaying which orders are ready in bags.

The staff member went above and beyond to clean the shake machine and personally made my shake to ensure I wouldn't have a reaction. I really appreciate her dedication to customer health.
