Big vibe. eating is fantastic, fresh and the plate size is decent.

Agora came as recommended in one of the DC food guides, so we decided to go there to dinner. I have mixed feeling about this place and their menus. the place is really good and has a very contemporary decor with bright beautiful colors and interior spaces. However, those who have good Turkish cuisine in other restaurants or countries do not like it very much. the food is almost under the same, except the lamb rack. babaghanoogh is tasteless, meat in the mixed plate is either over seasoned or not seasoned at all. I had heard a lot about her kunafa, but they were out of it. small tables, small tellers and they inform them that there is a tapas style small portion. for this price point I would rather recommend booking in all good 1 Michelin-star restaurants in dc. it is more of a snack type instead of a formal evening dinner affair.

Every-time I go Agora never disappoints! All the food comes fresh. Service is on point! If you are looking for true Turkish experience this is the place!

Amazing experience! We received excellent customer service. We ordered the lamb platter and it was delicious! The flavor was very rich. Cutting the rack of lamb at the table was really fun!

Absolutely delicious! The plate of different dips with pita, the chicken, and ESPECIALLY the orange hazelnut rice pudding were my favorites. Definitely planning on going back in the future.
