I'm here for the Tuesday... read more Management has clearly failed to pay a competitive wage and benefits to the workers at this restaurant. They're woefully understaffed. I'm here for the Tuesday lunch rush and there is ONE worker handling the entire assembly line and register. I'vebeen standing here about 10 minutes and it looks like I'll be here another 15. Management, it's time to make your restaurantmore attractive for workers, I've seen you lose about 12 customers today alone. Update: Total wait time was around ~45 minutes.I would have walked out like most of the customers did, but I wanted the opportunity to look the gentleman working behind thecounter in the eyes and let him know how much I appreciated him. I regret not asking his name, but he had a beard and long hairand was was extremely courteous and professional in the face of the most extreme circumstances. Get that guy a raise ASAP.

So make sure you tell them you want theregular steak, not the garlic steak. If you don 't, your request for steak will default for garlic steak . They did it twiceto me already. The cas... read more They had ONE lady handling a long line of customers while 5 other people are wandering around trying to appear busy. There was trash all over the floor. The cashier stepped in to help at the last minute. He didn?t even change the gloves he was wearingwhile working the cash machine. This guy used the same gloves after touching the register to reach into the lettuce. Disgusting,absolutely disgusting. I will never go here again, ever. This place is clearly a health hazard.

I normally order through the app so that it?s ready by the time I get there and about 80% of the time it never is. I stopped by last Friday night and didn?t orderthrough the app since sometimes going in faster. The guy that served me was very rude I ordered two burrito bowls withtortillas on the side and he proceeded to put the tortillas on the bowl and I was so confused bc that?s not what I asked him forand I told him that and he tells me that that?s how burrito bowls are made? I?m like ?okay, can I get the tortillas on the sidethen? I then asked him for brown rice for both my bowls and he was literally scraping the bin for rice and asks if that?senough. I asked if there was anymore and he said no so I had to get white rice for the other bowl which there was barely any of.I then see one of the other employees bring out a to go order with a good serving of rice. So I was like okay, this guy is doingthe bare minimum. The servings he gave me were less than usual and everything he was doing was just in such a reluctantdemeanor. I honestly didn?t even feel like saying anything bc at that point I just wanted to be home, I had worked a long shiftthat day and was craving chipotle and all I wanted was a nice meal.

I don't understand how they can mess it up every single time. The quality of ingredients is worse than every other chipotle in the area. Whoevertheir manager is probably the worst in America. Do not go here.
