Feedback
This restaurant is truly stunning, set in the lush Green Ginger Academy. They offer a wide variety of vegan cheeses from Tyne and La Fauxmegerie that are unlike anything you can find in supermarkets. The cheeseboard was beautifully presented with nuts, fruits, and other accompaniments. The vegan weeping were also delicious. We will definitely be returning.
I have been sitting here for my birthday celebration and was not disappointed. The cheese board was amazing! It had a great selection of cheese, nuts, fruits, pickles, capers, and hummus. The vegan white wine that accompanied it was fantastic. The venue is beautiful with the option to sit outside. Although a bit pricey, it is definitely worth it. I had never tried vegan cheese before, but both my omnivorous partner and 3-year-old vegan child loved it.
Where else can you find such a stylish and authentic vegan cheeseboard? There is a large selection of Tyne cheeses with various fruits, vegetables, crackers, and bread. I absolutely loved it! The vegan wine options are also fantastic.
Where else can you get such a fancy and authentic feeling cheese board as a vegan? Great array of Tyne Cheases with various fruits, veg, crackers and bread. Loved it! Also the vegan wine option is fab.
We had a great experience celebrating a birthday with our vegan family members at this restaurant. The staff was very accommodating and knowledgeable about vegan options, including which drinks were suitable. In addition to the cheeseboard, we ordered three extra starters and enjoyed additional bread with balsamic and oil throughout the meal. While some in our group recalled a previous visit where the cheeseboard had a variety of choices, this time there was only one option available, which prompted us to request additional cheeses. I particularly enjoyed the onions from the starters, but everyone enjoyed the meal overall. There was some playful debate about the combination of fruit with savory dishes, which added to the fun atmosphere.
