She said, "Wingstop doesn’t do that anymore," which I knew wasn’t true, so I ended the call. Then I called the Wingstop on Broadway, and they were happy to fulfill my request, earning them a 5-star review.

The customer service was awful—they forgot part of our order and argued when we asked them to correct it. However, they did eventually replace the two disappointing wings with fresh ones.
