They let us down by selling overpriced... read more If I could, I would give this place a zero for being unfair to the loyal customers who have supported it over the years. They let us down by selling overpriced sandwiches without my favorite sweet onion sauce, which is no longer available. Now they've also removed the grilled chicken breast from the menu. It seems like Subway is opting for a cheaper alternative by offering rotisserie chicken instead, and that's just not acceptable. I only gave it one star because the cleanliness and presentation of the food were decent. However, after being informed that their most popular sauce is no longer available, I’m very disappointed and won't consider raising my rating until things change.

This Subway is, without a doubt, the worst I've ever encountered. The staff member preparing my sandwich loaded it with an excessive amount of ham and turkey. When I inquired about a meat that looked good for my next visit, he simply shrugged and said, "I don't know!" Seriously? There was also no pepper jack cheese, smashed avocado, or peppers available. I couldn't help but chuckle at how absurd it was. To make matters worse, the manager on duty was cold and unhelpful. What a delightful Subway experience! Honestly, I don't even want to keep this sandwich; I'm thinking of giving it to someone in need instead. *Update: They didn’t even cut it! It's a footlong!*

Even with other customers waiting, she seems to direct her frustration solely at me for no clear reason. Today, I addressed her negative behavior, and she told me that if I was going to have an attitude, I should leave the line. I don't know what I did to upset her, but I've decided to take my business somewhere else.
