I would have given them a 3 stars, but it's not the same as years.

I always get the tomato basilikum soup, no matter what location, but I tried the smokehouse bbq chicken sandwich that was really good! I recommend this panera bread.

I moved to the window after my order and gave the cashier my credit card and she gave me my drink and said t... read more That was my first time with the drive-thru service. I moved to the window after my order and gave the cashier my credit card and she gave me my drink and said that was eating out at a moment. she came back to the window and gave out my order and I continued. I came to the ramp before I realized that I had not received my credit card back, so I returned and was handed over my card. later in the evening I checked my bank account and there was an additional fee of panera on my card. the next morning I called panera and asked me to talk to a manager, but before a manager was called I had to tell the person who answered the phone what the problem was. the layer manager came on the phone and gave me an apology as the mistake happened and said they would return my money. what I am annoyed is when they call for a manager, they should be able to speak with one without a statement. I also don’t care why there’s a mistake I want to hear “I’m sorry that happened” . They feel very hurt when their card is used without their permission.

Would rather just take my daughter to an actual restaurant next time then pay that much for something I can make way better at home in 10 min. Not to mention the bread was stale af and that'sliterally what they're named after

It vari... read more We really enjoy coming to this Panera. The food is spot on. We came on a Sunday and got great service. This place has food that is absolutely delicious. It varies sometimes but the pizzas are wonderful and the soups and salads are wonderful. Definitely recommend coming in! Love the Mac and cheese, best so far I have found here and love steak and white cheddarsandwich. My wife loooves the salads!
