I love this location however the last couple of times going through the drive thru I have been met with an associate that is so rude that she needs to just find... read more I love this location however the last couple of times going through the drive thru I have been met with an associate that is so rude that she needs to just find another job if she is so unhappy. The first time, it was early I gave a pass but the second third time it's obvious this is just who she is!It's unacceptable to be like this to paying customers whom without them WE would not have a job, I work in customer service would NEVER have this blatantly pathetic, lazy, disregard to anyone let alone a paying customer to my place of work.

They know their regulars by name and go the extra mile to make sure their customers are cared for. The facilities are always clean. The coffeeis fresh. The food is made well. They pay attention to the details and it goes a long way.

He was super friendly, very helpful and informed, offered recommendations, and was working hard the entire time. This guy deserves a raise! He?s aninvaluable part of their staff. Even another customer mentioned that they came often because of Nick.
