**Panda Express: A Mixed Bag of Experiences** Panda Express elicits a wide range of responses from its patrons, with experiences oscillating between frustration and delight. Many customers report issues with order accuracy, unhelpful staff, and inconsistent food quality, creating a sense of confusion and disappointment. Complaints about rude service and false advertising further mar the reputation of this fast-food chain. However, others praise the freshness of the food, friendly staff, and value for money, particularly enjoying the generous portions. While some express a desire for improved customer service and menu clarity, others find it a reliable go-to for a quick meal, especially with the convenience of the drive-thru.

Ah.. so I understand there was a soy sauce shortage at some point, but every time I come there the employees have an attitude AND don’t wanna hand over the soy sauce.. now working in customer service i understand how annoying it can get, trust me I’ve caught an attitude more times than I’d like to admit. However this is each time I’ve been there, seen new faces and they seem to be giving the same annoyed energy which makes me wonder what the manager is doing to ensure your employees are doing okay! Life isn’t easy, and working your life away and not reaping the benefits is enough to put anyone in a sour mood. But I hope whoever is in charge can manage their employees well so that they can work well without their feelings effecting how they work

Clearly, this visit was not their best. I placed a family order and added a small side of honey walnut shrimp for $6.15. At 15% of the bill, you'd expect it to be included, but it wasn't packed in with the rest of the items. When I asked if everything was included, I was assured it was, but it clearly wasn’t. Instead, they gave me extra chow mein. I tried calling right after to address the issue, but I couldn't get through. So now, here I am leaving this review. It's disappointing that I paid for the most expensive item on the menu and didn’t receive it. Great job, Panda Express.

New rules do not allow for pick up without waiting in a terribly long and slow drive through. THERE IS NO BENEFIT TO ORDERING AHEAD. I SUGGEST SELECTING ANOTHER RESTAURANT UNTIL THEY IMPROVE THEIR DELIVERY METHOD.

1) The quality has significantly declined. 2) There is no option for dining in, so you can only order for drive-in pickup. 3) The staff were polite. However, it's time to stop asking for donations in the driveways.
