Stopped off for a 11:30am lunch on Saturday. The lobby is closed with no signs posted. Tried the drive through and no rice available for another hour despite them opening an hour beforehand. We took our business next door to Slim Chickens.

Ah.. so I understand there was a soy sauce shortage at some point, but every time I come there the employees have an attitude AND don?t wanna hand over the soy sauce.. now working in customer service i understand how annoying it can get, trust me I?vecaught an attitude more times than I?d like to admit. However this is each time I?ve been there, seen new faces and they seem tobe giving the same annoyed energy which makes me wonder what the manager is doing to ensure your employees are doing okay! Lifeisn?t easy, and working your life away and not reaping the benefits is enough to put anyone in a sour mood. But I hope whoeveris in charge can manage their employees well so that they can work well without their feelings effecting how they work????

It's totally wrong advertising on their menu say angus black pepper steak plate $9.00 and then they say his premium bark, so it is plus $1.25! not because I sign everything exactly what it is with. so the menu should say $10,25 $9.00 is false advertising!

1) The quality has significantly declined. 2) There is no option for dining in, so you can only order for drive-in pickup. 3) The staff were polite. However, it's time to stop asking for donations in the driveways.
