We weren?t upset until the cashier, Wallace, tried to convince me that all sides were the same price, continued to huffand puff, muffled Lord Jesus and a bunch of other slurred words at me. We poceeded to wait over 20 mins for our order when the2 customers behind us got their food before us. Wallace mentioned they were waiting on Mac N Cheese but 1 of the customersbehind us somehow got two Mac n cheese bowls. There?s no reason for the customer service to be lacking in all areas.

The nuggets... read more I ordered the famous bowl and a side of nuggets from KFC. Although they were out of drinks, they still sold me one, which later had to be refunded. The nuggets were old and tough. When I called to report this, the manager agreed to replace them. However, upon returning to the restaurant, she only offered to replace the bowl, which was unacceptable. I insisted on a refund, but the manager was rude and unpleasant throughout our interaction. The receipt shows the name Laura, though I’m not sure if that was the same person I spoke with. She was a short Caucasian woman wearing glasses. Overall, the experience was disappointing, especially considering the menu options KFC offers.

This KFC only serves original or spicy chicken and I had to wait 15 minutes for 5 chicken legs.
