Einstein Bros. Bagels - Tyler

Delicious! My 1st time trying, I expected a tough bagel like I've had in the past from a package.. this was really very good! I had a bagel with egg,cheese and avocado.

I had the most frustrating catering experience ever. Despite being told multiple times over the phone that the driver was on their way to our location, they never arrived. We ended up having to meet the driver four miles away to pick up the food, which ultimately came an hour after our event had already started. It took weeks to reach a manager, and they refused to refund any part of our payment, including the delivery fee. The only thing they offered was a 15% discount on our next order and to waive the delivery fee for that order. I will definitely not be ordering from them again.

I ordered through DoorDash and requested my food to be extra toasted, but this is what I received. I took a bite, hoping I could manage it since I'm at work and really hungry. I've never had a problem like this before. Who would send out something that looks like this?

Update 9/2/22: Not much has changed at this place, other than the prices, which have actually increased. My recent experience was even worse. I was there for about two hours, and when I first arrived, the coffee was not fresh, and the milk station was lacking. Two hours later, none of the staff had refilled anything, which really bothered me. On top of that, the limited soda selection was disappointing, with only three options available when there should be at least six. I’m not sure when I will return, but it won’t be anytime soon. They seriously need to improve their service and offerings to match places like Panera Bread.

The food was fantastic, and the customer service was top-notch. Despite it being Memorial Day with only two staff members working, you would have never guessed it. They managed everything seamlessly, as if they had a full team on hand. They also greeted us with bright smiles the entire time. Truly exceptional service!
