I ordered a chocolate cheesecake specifically for a special person's birthday and was sure to order it in advance. When I got the cake and drove back to my work... read more I ordered a chocolate cheesecake specifically for a special person's birthday and was sure to order it in advance. When I got the cake and drove back to my work I opened it to look at it and found that it wasn't chocolate it was a plain cheesecake. I called and was told I could drive all the way back over there and they would give me a refund. I did not have time to go back over there and then would have no birthday cake because she said it would take a day and a half to remake it. No refund was offered and no other solutions. I had the wrong cake for a birthday and they did nothing to make it right. I can't believe they didn't care enough to try and help make someone's bday right. Terrible service.
