What Anonym dislikes about Flutterbies:
nice service, but they try to hard with eating. I declare: the meal costs about 50% higher than a normal caffe, so they may expect more and they try to satisfy their expectation by making the meal all fancy and beautiful. but they try too hard and forget the taste. I ordered a caravan chicken burger with chips. the chips were all imaginative, various types of kartoffels and carrots, but they were actually not chips.... View all feedback.

Love this place. Staff are so friendly and welcoming. The salmon eggs benni I had today was beautiful, spot on. Great location, fantastic roads to ride from the Gold Coast. Thank you.
Nestled in the quaint village of Tyalgum, Flutterby’s Cafe offers a charming atmosphere that combines quirky decor with warm hospitality. Diners can relish beautifully presented meals, though some may find the flavors underwhelming compared to the artistic aims. Signature dishes like smashed avocado shine, while others, like Barramundi, may disappoint due to heavy sauces and small portions. The cafe caters to all ages, featuring a delightful fairy room for children and various dining options including high tea. Overall, Flutterby’s stands out as a hidden gem worth visiting for its unique setting and hospitable service.

Beautiful place, nestled I think he middle of nowhere, like a step back in time. So many yummies to eat, Lavender scones are to die for. The staff are beautiful attentive very polite. My favorite place to go
This gorgeous place was recommended by a work colleague. My parents are visiting from Melbourne so thought it would make a nice Sunday outing from the Gold Coast. Everything just so beautiful including staff. Would highly recommend
We had lunch in the lovely tea room. A really unique cafe with great food, wonderful service and an eclectic mix of dining areas. Well worth a visit.
The best place for Friday night entertainment, drinks and pizza! Plus high tea or a delicious meal anytime with the most amazing service

Amazing place, friendly Staff. Enjoyed morning coffee, will return for high tea. Service: Dine in Meal type: Brunch Price per person: A$20–40 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
I ordered the Barramundi, but it was flavorless and drowned in sauce in an attempt to mask the small portion size. I removed the green sauce, did not eat the large amount of lettuce that was supposed to be a salad, and had to settle for only five thin slices of fried potato. I left feeling cheated and still hungry. The management ignored my complaints. The service was disappointing.
Make sure to stop by Flutterbies during your visit to the area and plan to spend an hour or more to appreciate the amazing display of creative talent at this venue. The meal type is listed as Other, and the food, service, and atmosphere all receive a perfect score of 5. There is plenty of parking available at this location.
Quaint cafe with an awesome selection. I had a chocolate chai tea and adored the teapot and cup. We also had a slice of Persian love cafe which was one of the yummiest gluten free sweets I have had. Food looked amazing , so will have to come back for lunch. Service: Dine in Meal type: Brunch
