Was Jessie Santillan at Fork a mag?
I arrived just before the lunch rush and ordered a bacon cheeseburger. The highlight of the meal was definitely the bun, which was the same one they use for the Korean Fried Chicken sandwich (which is also delicious). The service was friendly and fast, and the prices were very reasonable. I thoroughly enjoyed my meal and will definitely be back during my next visit. View all feedback.

The food at this restaurant is incredible! We stopped in for lunch on our way and thoroughly enjoyed our meal. The menu offers a fusion of Asian and American cuisine. We tried the Korean fried chicken sandwich, Vietnamese noodles, and Thai salad, which were all absolutely delicious!
I had the cheese and bacon burger and it was fantastic! The staff was really friendly too. I plan on coming back tomorrow to try a new dish before leaving town.
One of if not the best food trucks i have came across. Food worthy of any sit down restaurant. 5/5
We stopped for lunch and enjoyed the Binh mi sandwich and fries. It was a beautiful day, beautiful setting, great service and great food. What more could we ask for?
Nestled in a charming setting, this restaurant offers a delightful fusion of Asian and American cuisines that consistently impresses diners. Signature dishes such as the Korean fried chicken sandwich, Vietnamese noodles, and Banh Mi are celebrated for their bold flavors and fresh ingredients. Oh my goodness! If you haven't tried it yet, you must! The valley is lucky to have these amazing food trucks. They have me hooked on their incredible falafel (which seems to be a gateway to other delicious items like the plucked wobbles and garlic yogurt). Is it still summer?! I miss eating at Fork. Maybe they should consider adding a new day/night location up valley this summer! Perhaps a barn, library, or even by the river fork on the street corner of E20 Mazama Road (pun intended).
