I assume the cold... read more The service was outstanding; the staff who assisted us were wonderful. Unfortunately, we ordered water and cold brew, and both were terrible. I assume the cold brew is made with the same water, so it was equally unpleasant. It was undrinkable, and we had to discard it.

I visited this morning with all three of my kids, and my three-year-old was determined to get a drink named "ladybug." Of course, they don’t actually have a drink by that name. So, I told the girl taking our order that she could interpret my toddler's request however she liked. Without skipping a beat, she assured me they could make something special. When my daughter received her drink, it was a delightful pink concoction topped with chocolate dots, and the staff said, "Here’s your ladybug!" Saying it made my three-year-old’s day is an understatement! Thank you so much, ladies, for going out of your way to make her happy and for your wonderful service. You all are amazing! Keep up the great work and keep smiling!

Line was full and I had nowhere to go. You were immediately upset and Instead of helping me you acted out very unprofessional . I worked my way in line where you met me at the window to tell me now I can pull around a sit until all order were done. I apologized twice trying to explain but you were on your power trip. Sad the other employees apologized for you.

They have completely transformed, remodeled, and expanded their location, and it looks fantastic. The staff was incredibly friendly and quick, and they made an excellent blended mocha. I highly recommend it and will definitely return the next time I’m in Twin Falls.

I recently moved from Idaho Falls to Twin Falls, and I was thrilled to discover that there are two locations here. It really feels like home. I would choose Java any day over Dutch or Starbucks. They have the best coffee around, and the baristas are always cheerful and friendly. They make my drink perfectly every time!
