I ordered the meatball sub, which I believe was called The Michael Jordan. The cheese on it had a strange, almost mayonnaise-like gooiness that persisted from hot to cold, which was unusual. The flavor was decent, but it wasn't quite what I prefer.

I spent a full two minutes trying to decipher their complex menu before finally heading to the register. There were two customers dining and three employees hanging around, yet I stood there for a whole minute without being acknowledged before opting to leave. I don’t believe this reflects poorly on Ike's itself; it seems more like a problem stemming from a lackluster and disorganized staff.

Just a few months ago, this place offered a five-star experience, but today they messed up our order. I’m not sure if the management is trying to move things along too quickly, but it's leading to a lot of errors. Additionally, they seem to have a misunderstanding of the ingredient ratios and don’t pay attention when you ask for something to be left off your sandwich.
