Was Chris A at Deva's a mag?
It is with a heavy heart that I must announce the permanent closure of Deva's, although perhaps that's not the most cheerful way to put it. Deva's was truly one of the great dive bars... View all feedback.
What Crazy M dislikes about Deva's:
I just drove by and saw that it was closed, but I've been there several times before. The place was affordable, and if you wanted a beer or a drink, the prices weren't too high. The... View all feedback.

Been coming here for 3 years since my daughter took me there. Always feel welcome have got to know some locals. Staff very frieñdly and love the dress code. As a Scottish guy we need some bars like this back home.
For many years. shoot pool and laugh is good for them! everyone has fun at deva. the bartenders are beautiful and the drinks are fabulous. try it, they will like it!
As always, they are the people who make the place. you know that it is an eye-beauty bar, but personally gretchen's sweet little left ear that she used to hold back her hair as she was a good sport in billard, will let me come back. that is on Monday afternoon. she's new, but great. Just go to her.
It's like Cheers but in Tustin. The tacos there on Tuesdays by Chavo's Tacos are fire too.
However, when I finally placed my order for two drinks, she questioned why I would order two drinks while sitting alone, making me feel uncomfortable. I can’t recall her exact words, but she implied that it was strange for me to order two drinks. I explained that given the long wait, and knowing I had to be somewhere, it made sense to order both drinks at once rather than risk waiting another 10 to 20 minutes. Overall, I felt unwelcome. As a bartender myself, I understand the challenges of the job, but the atmosphere felt hostile and uninviting.
**Dive Bar Charm Meets Closure: A Local Favorite Reflects on What Made It Special** For years, patrons flocked to this dive bar, drawn by friendly staff, affordable drinks, and a lively atmosphere. Regulars cherished the vibrant team, especially the engaging bartenders, while newcomers enjoyed the classic dive vibe, complete with karaoke and pool tables. Despite occasional concerns about cleanliness and service, many left with fond memories. However, recent news of its permanent closure leaves a bittersweet taste, as this once-thriving spot epitomized the essence of camaraderie and good times. It serves as a reminder of the impact community spaces have in our lives, even as they fade into memory.

I always enjoy visiting Kayla, Mel, and Jessica! If they’re working, you’re guaranteed to have a great time. I've been coming here for years and love Mark as well! Just a heads-up, it might be best to avoid Saturdays...
