Creamistry - Tustin

The ice cream was Very delicious,adan is a very good worker he’s very fast paste with the ice cream making , he is also very handsome.

My family wanted to try it due to a dairy allergy and there being other options for the base. We placed the order online on our way to the location. We were about 10 minutes off. Ordered 4 items. Got there and there was a family of 8 waiting on their items. But more people kept coming in and it had been about 20 minutes and still nothing. We went up to one of the workers to ask about our pick up order. They had not even checked the online orders so barely printed it out right then. No apologies no regard for the fact we had been waiting for a while. Another 25 minutes later we finally got our order. So it took 55 minutes from the time we placed the order to when we got the order and the employees did not care or have any customer service in general. The items are pretty pricey for them to have no regard or common courtesy for customers.

I wanted to like this place for the sake of the manager/owners who were friendly. But with only 2 customers ahead of me, it took nearly 20 minutes to place and receive my order. The problem seems to be their gimmick. Fresh ingredients that have to be mixed, then flash frozen using nitrogen oxide(? . That takes time. And frankly, the end result of my berry flavored shake wasn't worth it for half the waiting time or cost.

I am a huge fan of creamistry and will always choose it over other ice cream stores. The signature creations are my favorite and the way they layer the ingredients makes sure that you get the goodness in every bite. I was in the Tustin area and decided to visit a local creamistry store and was disappointed with the execution. They put scoops of ice cream and topped with ingredients not the way signature creations are made.

Ice cream really good. Wait and price not so much. 20 minutes and $21 for two ice creams. It's soooooo unbelievably loud in there with the mixers going that the wait is probably particularly hard to deal with. If I go back I will order pick up.
