My friend brought me here. It's her favorite place for pizza. I like my pizza thick so I got a panini instead. It was huge and so good! I got the turkey pesto panini. The only thing that could make it better would be serving it with chips! The garbanzo bean salad was just ok. Needed more seasoning and/or dressing. I love garbanzo beans but I'd pass on this salad next time. View all feedback.

I was asked to leave the place because I complaint of the poor service we received on my wife's birthday March 26, it took them more then 45 minutes to bring our pizza. And they said the priority was to go orders and not sitting customers. Horrible service and the managers were very impolite...definently will never come back.Food: 3/5 View all feedback.

Centro is a small jewel in the old town doin. eating is delicious, and there is always something special on the beer and wine menu. the best of all, the service is warm and friendly!

The food is amazing, with everything prepared fresh on-site. They offer an excellent variety of Italian wines. The dining area is small and a bit cramped, but the quality of the food makes it all worthwhile. The staff is friendly and provided great wine recommendations. Food: 5/5
Centro is undoubtedly one of the best places in Old Towne! It's a bit small, so there can be a (reasonable) wait at times, but it’s definitely worth it. From their charcuterie boards to the wood-fired pizza and excellent wine selection, I really enjoy bringing friends here. The atmosphere is also quite pleasant. Food: 5/5
