Food was bland and tasted like it came from a can. Was excited to try this place as I was told that it was where the locals eat gyros. Big baba ghanoush fan but could not eat what I was given. Just not good food at all. Place was empty and the peopleweren't the friendliest but they were fast. View all feedback.
This is one of my favorite places. I really have to branch off, but I always get the same - the gyro plate. It's always delicious!
The lady who served us, even though our order was to go, she was helpful and courteous. The food (especially the barbecue chicken potato was absolutely delicious. The portions were at a point that made my dinner fill me up for the first time in many years. It was my birthday and this was one of the many great presents that my girl got for me over the IronBowl weekend.
A Tuscaloosa institution. Family owned. You can be sure that whatever you order, quality will be delivered every time. The wrap combos and cheeseburgers are crowd favorites, but it’s the plates the kofta, the chicken salad plate, the falafel plate that are the true gems. Great people. Great food.
A local gem. Everything I've tried on the menu is great! I highly recommend their hummus. The mint tea is my favorite. I love that they have great vegetarian options. The falafel wrap is really good. Good price, good people, great food. Definitely worth a try if you're visiting!
Hooligans is one of the best hidden Gems in Tuscaloosa with a couple locations. Great on a budget, and great for diversity. There Gyro's and Falafels are the best in town. The daily made desserts are awesome too. But DONT MISS OUT on the Mint Sweet Tea.
