Terry Maxine’s is an absolute jewel thrown away in Turner, ME. It is unique that you feel this small city in a family-friendly environment, but the food makes you feel that you are in a trendy restaurant in the city. The aromas pop as they seem to add their innovative flare to everything that leaves the kitchen - you can say the boss has fun there and puts a lot of thought into each dish. In addition, you can always count on Terry Maxine’s to offer something new from the time before, through their constantly changing specials and seasonal plates. I could list my favorites, but the truth is, I had no bad experience, so I recommend you to explore the menu for yourself. What I will say is that you can taste the freshness and say that everything is made from scratch. I could go on, but I have to go to Terry Maxine. The only negative thing I have to say is that since I was in Terry Maxine, I have a difficulty enjoying breakfast in other facilities.

OMG. Absolutely brilliant! New favourite breakfast place! The homemade hash is to die!!!! Huge portions great prices and food tastes incredible!

My husband and I wondered if there might be a breakfast place in the former Chickadee, and there IS! The short wait was a hint that we might just get a great breakfast, and we DID! My husband had the Spanish Sunrise and I had the #4 Veggie Hash with 2 eggs and rye toast! We each declared our meal the most delicious! We had our coffees within a minute of being seated. Our waitress was so nice. Very unique breakfast offerings. We plan to come back again. Well done!
