When I went to pick up my salad, I found that it was completely covered with sauce and dressing. I waited for a few minutes for the worker to address the issue, but they never did, so I left. I tried to salvage as much of the dressing as possible, but almost half of my salad ended up in the trash. At 8:39 a.m. (the branch closes at 9 a.m.), I called and asked if I could place an order, but was informed that they had already closed for the night. I requested a simple sandwich with turkey, cheese, and green peppers as I was only 3 minutes away, but was told that they were closing in 5 minutes. When I pointed out that they actually had 20 minutes until closing time, I was abruptly dismissed. I would have understood if my order was complicated or if they were concerned about me not arriving before closing, but I had informed them of how close I was. I rarely leave negative reviews, but after experiencing multiple issues with my food orders in the past and this last incident, I have decided not to return as a customer.
