They 're 'not allowed ' to... read more Tried buying a turbo over ice. Nope, they 're 'not allowed ' to do that. So, I ask to buy a small cup of ice, to do it myself. Nope. They 're 'not allowed ' to sell me a simple small cup of ice. Next, I ask for a small ice water. She brings it with no ice!I wish I was kidding. So, we ask for ice in it, and luckily the girl at the window was very pleasant about it, and confused asto why there was no ice in the cup. Person taking our order was very surly and unhelpful. Update: came back through today, andmy goodness. Still rude and unhelpful as ever. Last of their espresso beans, wasted on the wrong coffees, and couldn 't remakeit, as they were out. Was marked properly on the cup, but instead of caramel, they used irish cream. Yuck. Just very rude duringthe whole 'ordeal '...I won 't be trying this place again.

When I reached the window,... read more I want to start by recognizing that I could have managed the situation better. Today, I visited your drive-thru to order some drinks. When I reached the window, I was informed in an indifferent manner that you were out of chai. Frustrated, I decided to remove the drink from my order. This is now the eighth time out of my last ten visits that the item I've wanted has been unavailable, including a previous occasion when you were out of large cups. Even after removing the drink, the total at the window didn’t change. When I asked for a receipt, I received a dismissive response. As I drove away, I expressed my dissatisfaction to my companion about the inventory issues and the poor service. Eventually, another employee brought my order and sarcastically wished me to have a nice day. I reacted poorly to his tone and made an inappropriate gesture. As I was leaving, another female employee leaned out of the window and sarcastically told me to have a nice day as well. I admit that my reaction was not appropriate, but I must say that this was the worst service I’ve encountered in the seven years I’ve been visiting Dunkin’ in the Turner area.

It shouldn't take 15 to 20 minutes for just three cars to get through. Moreover, prices have risen significantly since COVID. Although my orders have always been correct, the long wait times make it uncertain whether I'll continue to stop here frequently.
