I ordered a veggie taco salad and I cleary specified no meat. then, when I had commanded it had beef in it and when I went up to ask why it had beef in it the c... read more I ordered a veggie taco salad and I cleary specified no meat. then, when I had commanded it had beef in it and when I went up to ask why it had beef in it the cash was alexandra apologetic, but then the manager came. the man, nora, came out and said it was my fault, although alexandra knew that it was a mistake on her part and the manager was extremely unprofessional and accused me for the wrong order and did not try to fix the situation. this experience was terrible and has changed my thinking of whondys. the manager was very rude and because of her I will never come to this wendys very disappointing, I loved this place. Too bad that the man acts like a new hired man and acts the assistant profis.

As a result, we prefer to make the longer trip into the city, where the service is much better. One time, a coworker ordered a chicken sandwich, and when she came to the office, it was just a messy chili instead. Today, I ordered apple slices for my son, who doesn’t like fries, only to discover there were no apple slices included. I tried calling Wendy’s to let them know, but the number provided turned out to be a fax line.

They took our money and when I went to got there to pick it up they were closed for maintenance. No way to get money back except through corporate and they not open till Monday. This isSaturday night. Understand sometimes maintenance is needed but really need to not take people's money or orders if your gonna beclosed. Very upset!!!!!! Won't even answer phone when we tried to call.

Ordered a baked potato but they were all out...at 6:30 p.m. We tried to pay with cash. The guy asked if we could pay another way because his screen was frozen. Hewasn't the sharpest tool in the shed. Not a great day experience, Wendy's.
