Made an order for pickup at the Geer Rd Wendy's through internet. They took our money and when I went to got there to pick it up they were closed for maintenance. No way to get money back except through corporate and they not open till Monday. This isSaturday night. Understand sometimes maintenance is needed but really need to not take people's money or orders if your gonna beclosed. Very upset!!!!!! Won't even answer phone when we tried to call.
$18.35 for two single burgers and a small frosty. Ordered chili but they were all out. Ordered a baked potato but they were all out...at 6:30 p.m. We tried to pay with cash. The guy asked if we could pay another way because his screen was frozen. Hewasn't the sharpest tool in the shed. Not a great day experience, Wendy's.
I've been going to this Wendy's for years, The only bad experiences I've had were missing items which they fix the minute you inform them. Very good food and Quality. I'm craving Wendy's again already
I don't know their frostys are different they're not as good as they used to be. But I still like their french fries better than McDonald's
The Worst Overall!! I have Never had so many issues when it come to ordering. Everytime we go something is always an issue, it's either they didn't give us the right order or the staff attitude (hate their job) always an issue with the card reader onperfectly new card or Cash issues. It's on me for continuing to go here. But I am over it!! Smh disappointment
