Was Miranda R at Teassert a mag?
I had an excellent experience with the customer service at this charming restaurant. The atmosphere was delightful, though it could use a thorough cleaning to make it truly shine. They have games for kids, cute little items for teenagers and adults, and the drinks were fantastic. I’ll definitely make a point to return when I’m in town again. Plus, we were treated to some free samples! View all feedback.

What Yaileen Barajas dislikes about Teassert:
Been here twice, drinks are good! Reason i came back. Staff needs to pay more attention first time i asked for no boba on 2 drinks and got boba, this time around i asked for boba and got no boba on any drink? If i would've wanted a regular frapp would've just gone to some other place. Other than that real good drinks here! Recommend,staff if friendly View all feedback.

I remember visiting here on it's grand opening. The owners weren't all the way set up to go 100% but still gave out free samples. The quality and marketing speaks for itself. Two thumbs up??

The tigers milk tea is so good but THE HORCHATA IS THE BEST! Antonio is also super nice and really cares about his customers. The best Boba shop I've been to yet ?

Have to give a 2 since I’ve met the owner and is an amazing guy, however I tried getting some drinks around 8:15 while they close at 9. The young teen that was in the store had the front door locked, with the “open” light on. Checked Google and Apple Maps to makes sure I wasn’t there during closed hours and I wasn’t. So this is more of a “By the way” review as so double check with your staff to possibly acknowledge customers to let them know that the store has closed early instead of ignoring those standing in front of your doors
