He explained things to me, gave m... read more I am completely new to boba and was totally overwhelmed by the menu. Joel provided the best customer service I?ve had in ages. He explained things to me, gave me samples to try and made suggestions. He made my experience easy! The tea was fun for ourfamily to try and very yummy. We will be back.

The popcorn chicken was fresh, hot, and... read more I really enjoy all the different options you can choose from. I ordered a mango snow with mango jelly. It was delicious. The popcorn chicken was fresh, hot, and tasty. Highly recommend! I would not dine inside the restaurant though. The blenders arevery loud and makes it difficult to talk. Also, the metal chairs make a terrible scrapping sound when people pull out theirchairs to sit. The customer service was friendly and welcoming. I would come here again to appease my boba tea cravings.Overall, I like the boba tea here!

Today I purchased a Honeydew Snow beverage, Lumpia and Popcorn Chicken. I have 5 stars because today was a good experience. Goodis good as well. Feedback is: the amount of chicken is less than it was from before 2020, something has changed with therecipe. It?s still relishes, there?s just something is different. I don?t even see the small pieces of seaweed. I didn?t see alot of Snacks listed like before but I think e location I was at never had sandwiches. Love their Vietnamese sandwiches, so Iwill go to the other location. Good stuff!!!!

Everyone else in the building has food and while we'rewaiting for the tea the cashier is calling out food orders so I'm not sure why they lied about making food when they are clearlystill making food.

I like that you can choose the level of sweetness which i... read more So far Quickly has been our favorite boba tea place and I'm not a huge fan of boba but my daughter is. I like that you can choose the level of sweetness which is great because I don't like a lot of sugar in my drinks. I finally found a tea that I enjoy drinking it's the Thai milk tea delicious since I love Chai tea and the flavors resemble it git some coffee jellies to make it even better. Staff has been very nice to us every time we go. This is definitely our go to place.

While it’s still... read more However, I do have some feedback: the portion of chicken seems smaller than it was before 2020, and there appears to be a change in the recipe. While it’s still enjoyable, there’s definitely something different about it. I also couldn't spot the usual little pieces of seaweed, and there weren't as many snack options available as before. I don’t think I’ve tried their sandwiches yet, but I love Vietnamese sandwiches, so I plan to check them out at another location. Overall, it’s great stuff!

However, when I placed my order, I was informed at checkout that they had stopped making food for the day, and it was only 3:20 PM. Meanwhile, other diners in the restaurant were still receiving their meals. While we were waiting for our tea, the cashier continued to call out food orders, so it left me puzzled about why they claimed they weren't preparing any more food when it was clear they were still serving.

The only reason I don't give it 5 stars is that I reserve 5 stars for a place that goes above and beyond otherwise it would have it. It's great a place and staff is polite.

He took the time to explain everything to me and offered samples to help me choose. Thanks to him, my experience was effortless! The tea was enjoyable for our family and very delicious.
