Outside is dirty with full ashtrays, posters taped over the glass front door. Reception is more a bar/restaurant area and it feels as if it is a Restaurant with rooms not a hotel. Met by a Young member of staff who said he didn’t speak English but appeared to understand us. No explanation about WiFi, breakfast etc. Handed us keys and pointed through a door leading to a staircase where many dead plants had already given up hope. Wall lights with shades missing heading to the room with grey corridors with a feeling of heading to the jail cells. We struggled to get in the room as the lock way dodgy. As there is so many negatives will list them: sinister marks on walls, walls painted one coat so white shows underneath, cigarette burns on furniture, damage to furniture, dead fly party in light shade, dirty windows and frames, mould in shower, shower water pouring out of middle hose rather than head, stained toilet and bidet, tap valve to turn water on to flush toilet, toilet leaked water on floor. One possible plus linen looked clean. 8.15 we attempted to get a coffee, everywhere was locked up, we went out a side door to the front with another couple also staying there and could see a man in kitchen, he reluctantly opened up and said breakfast 6 8am. Rudely he made a coffee and pointed to a table with a pile of biscuits and some scattered cartons of juice on a littered table. We would never go back, terrible experience, awful premises and horrendous customer service and attitude.

I had a seafood risotto that was amazingly tasty and was a really big part and very good price. I recommend visiting them when they are in the opposite.

I went 2 times because they brought me, the first time a couple of years ago we took all the room about 300 people between children and adults, eaten badly and... read more I went 2 times because they brought me, the first time a couple of years ago we took all the room about 300 people between children and adults, eaten badly and then problems on the account having already agreed the price, not to mention the service we arrive at 20 and maybe we started to dine at the 23 disorganization at the borders of reality. they brought me last week we were in about 60 people at the request of bringing water to the tables I am told to wait . to the request of making eat at least the boys I answer that they have 200 people and that they would have provided as soon as possible . we rise, and let's give a hand to the waiters serving at our table.moral of the fairy tale the children of 11 years dine at about 23 after the adults .
