That said, I really like their pizza and the selection available at the Tupelo Mall location. I've never had any significant issues, except that they often don’t answer the phone when I try to place an order. Previously, I used to call ahead to pre-order, which made things much easier. Lately, though, I've had to visit in person to order and wait for my food to be prepared before taking it home. This could be a management problem unique to this particular spot.

I waited 1 hour for a simple salad and never got anything,so i went back and ordered 2 pepperoni pizzas,Ziti and paid $70 dollars. The worker snatched the money out of my hand and threw the money at me,than i waited 3 hours for my food and never received anything. I'm calling the health department on you guys,y'all have rats,roaches and more. WORST PIZZA PLACE EVER!!!!!

They are clearl... read more The food here is always fantastic! My daughter usually orders a slice of cheese pizza, while I go for the delicious ziti and garlic breadsticks. They are clearly short-staffed, which resulted in a longer wait for service and our meals. That said, I think they could be more efficient in their operations; it felt like they were taking their time and joking around a bit too much. We even witnessed a girl confront a male employee who was making pizzas, which was quite entertaining! Overall, we love Sbarro and will definitely keep dining there whenever we're at the mall.

Flies were on the food under the glass. I declined to order.My son purchased food that wasn't fresh.

The two-pie... read more The line moves slowly, but the four-cheese white slice was definitely worth the wait. My 10-year-old always enjoys the classic cheese slice as well. The two-piece NY XL combo is perfect for us to share when we order a drink with just a little ice. While marinara sauce and dipping sauces come at an extra charge, they are worth it. However, carrying your food, drink, napkins, utensils, and receipt can be challenging without assistance. The plates are flimsy, and they don’t provide trays, which is a concern for someone as clumsy as I am.
