The 2 piece NY XL combo is perfect for us to share if we get the drink with very little ice. Marinara on the side and dipping sauces are an upcharge, but go a long way. Carrying your food, drink, napkins, utensils, receipt, etc is tough if you don't have help. The plates are flimsy and they don't provide trays. I'm a little clumsy, so for me this is a consideration.

However, they were quite rude when it came to serving us, likely because they were preparing to close. There were flies on the food behind the glass display, which made me decide not to order. My son went ahead and purchased some food, but it wasn’t fresh.

Then they claimed that veggies couldn’t be used as a single topping, even though we had it that way just the week before. Eventually, they said they couldn’t do half-and-half, which we had ordered without issue previously. After all of this, we decided not to place an order and left. I won’t be returning. This was the worst service I’ve ever experienced! The management needs to provide better training for their employees to ensure they are welcoming and accommodating to customers of all backgrounds.

The two-pie... read more The line moves slowly, but the four-cheese white slice was definitely worth the wait. My 10-year-old always enjoys the classic cheese slice as well. The two-piece NY XL combo is perfect for us to share when we order a drink with just a little ice. While marinara sauce and dipping sauces come at an extra charge, they are worth it. However, carrying your food, drink, napkins, utensils, and receipt can be challenging without assistance. The plates are flimsy, and they don’t provide trays, which is a concern for someone as clumsy as I am.
