I didn't receive a receipt, and since it's a 25-minute drive back and I have a one-year-old with me, I can't go back. I won't be returning to this restaurant again.

While I was back inside to throw away my trash, I decided to get another drink. The woman who served us at the drive-thru was very kind and asked why we chose not to eat inside. I explained the situation to her, and she offered an apology. This made me wonder if the dining room is always closed or if they are currently facing staffing challenges.

When I placed my order, she asked me to hold on, then came back to confirm it. I decided to change my order, and she simply told me to pull around. When I arrived at the window, she rudely said, "I could have sworn you said 2 number 12s," and started mumbling under her breath. After I took my receipt, she gave me a scowling look. I can't believe KFC permits that kind of attitude in their employees.
