Watched her take it out of the bag and put it in another bag and give it to acustomer out the window. Not saying the woman did anything to the biscuit but who knows. Just disgusting.

I had my usual the Monster Biscuit and I finally talked my husband into getting one as well, since his last experience here was a complete fail! The employees were nice, theorder was right, but no napkins. Come on people, I know paper products are going up in price, but you don 't have to be thatstingy. My biscuit was perfect, like usual! Well, my husband opened his and said no that 's more like it ! He rather enjoyed hisbiscuit! So redemption on the food! But my goodness, 2 biscuits and 2 drinks were $15 and some change! That 's a littleoverboard!

Hardee?s is always good and the service is always great! They seem to know the right people to pick for the staff. I went with my usual monster biscuit and finally convinced my husband to try one, especially since his last experience here was a complete disaster. The staff was friendly, and our order was correct, but we didn’t get any napkins. Come on, guys! I understand that paper products can be pricey, but you don't have to skimp on them. My cookie was perfect, as always! However, when my husband opened his, he was less impressed, saying it didn't match up. He’d much rather enjoy his cookie! So, at least the food redeemed itself! But wow, we paid over $15 for just 2 cookies and 2 drinks—that feels a bit excessive!
