Our orde... read more I visited Baskin-Robbins today, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The staff at the window was unfriendly and didn’t greet us at all. Our order hadn’t even been placed by the time we reached the window. We had to wait in the parking lot for our milkshake, which didn’t take long, but when it was brought out, the cup was barely half full. The employee handed it over without a word and walked away. While the milkshake itself was good, the poor service has convinced me to take my business elsewhere on West Main. I’m giving 2 stars solely for the quality of the milkshake.

Today, we walked in and weren't even acknowledged; the staff acted as if we weren't there. After waiting 10 minutes with no service, we had to leave. Other customers inside were even arguing because the employees refused to attend to the four customers present, including us. It was a frustrating situation not worth our time, so we decided to walk out. We do not recommend this Baskin-Robbins and will not be returning. They clearly need better employees or improved training to handle their menu and customers properly.

My ice cream lacked any flavor at all, tasting as if it had been melted and refrozen. It was terrible. The service was quick, but the ice cream itself was awful.
