This restaurant is a hidden gem! The charming decor includes fresh flowers, unique antiques, a variety of cards, local artwork, and Tunbridge Wells souvenirs. The lovely owner also offers light lunches, generous coffees, and delicious cakes (try the pecan pie!). View all feedback.

Disaster! I mislaid one of my pressies for my wife and it was her birthday that very day! I walked up to Zaven's, enjoyed a delicious coffee and a piece of coffee cake before attempting to find a gift.. Why was I fretting? Christina, the owner, soon came up with some ideas and... well, the purple cashmere scarf was extremely well received by my wife. In fact, it was one of her favourite presents! Phew! Thanks Christi... View all feedback.
Brilliant little load if they need any unique gifts for birthdays mothers day. the personal is all very friendly! also amazing house made cake and coffee!
Apart from the delicious food and drink, there is the conversation and the banter. On my last visit, I ended up buying a fab garden pot and a print of Dungeness Derek Jarman's place! 100% recommend visiting Zavens!
Of course, with COVID it is impossible to stay and chat but the take-away food and drinks... mmm. Yummy! I recommend the coffee cake and in this hot weather, the iced-coffee. The chocolate brownies are great too. Whilst there, I stocked up on greeting cards and good quality wrapping paper.
Another enjoyable visit to Zaven's! Yes, the cakes are wonderful and the soup is delicious! However, it's the conversation that makes Zaven's different. People just chat away often to people whom they have never met before. The art of conversation is certainly alive!
