I have visited this restaurant multiple times over the years and always enjoyed myself. The drinks and food are always good. However, in the past few months, I have been greeted by a rude server who clearly had no interest in helping us. It's a shame because it really put a damper on our visit. View all feedback. read moreTownhouse, an independent restaurant in Tunbridge Wells, offers a blend of delightful dining experiences and some disappointing service encounters. While many patrons rave about the freshly cooked meals, generous portions, and friendly staff, others encounter a stark contrast in service quality, particularly when faced with indifferent servers. Despite these inconsistencies, guests appreciate the inviting atmosphere and well-executed dishes, including a standout bottomless brunch. However, occasional lapses in attentiveness and management's handling of customer concerns have left some feeling unsatisfied. Overall, Townhouse has potential, but future visits may hinge on the staff's demeanor and service consistency.
