What Sue Rainer Copland doesn't like about The Vineyard:
Cold inside the pub, food today below average. Fish tastless, chips cold, sweet potatoes fries cold. Ordered a tomato juice, came as half pint with loads of ice. I do not require ice! Not a great experience today. £74 a lot to pay for this experience ! Noteworthy details: Location interesting. Service: 3 Location: 4 View all feedback.
Beautiful divided rooms, spiral staircase, real coffee machine, low ceiling in the bedroom. clean, neat and great powershower. excellent eating, although slightly expensive and a measured service fee is added to all bills, no breakfast for guests on weekdays. that said, beautiful place, worth a visit.

Best pub for miles around! amazing kids menu, super for all needs. faster service, even if they are busy. large staff
Great place to eat for a pint and something. beautiful outside door seating area plus and large beer garden.
In the past, when credit was easy to come by, a lot of money was invested in this area. The Swan is located in a beautiful spot on Lamberhurst Down, with a large vineyard in the back. The restaurant used to be part of a wine complex that included a visitors center and other upscale attractions, but now only the grapes remain. Unfortunately, The Swan still feels like a generic corporate venue with little charm beyond the bar area. Despite this, they are friendly and offer free food during pub quiz nights, serve Harveys London Pride, and have ample parking, a large beer garden, and a children's play area. It's not bad, but it falls short of what the village and surrounding area deserve. For a better experience, consider visiting The Elephants Head nearby instead.
