Staff get easily overwhelmed and check out when it's too busy, which seems to be often now. Tried to call in for two sandwiches, one for me and one for a coworker. They said15-20 mins. Waited 15 mins and headed over. Paid, was told by the cashier that the order would be out shortly. After 20+ mins ofstanding around, I had to get back in line to ask her what the ETA was for my two sandwiches. She asked when I ordered, if Ipaid (she had taken my payment earlier), and finally what my order name was. She then promptly turned around, grabbed a bag thathad been sitting on the shelf behind her for the last half hour, and passed it to me. Entire lunch break plus some wasdemolished, and they didn't seem to care at all if I even got the food since they already had my money. If I could have takenthe tip back that I charged I would have. Furthermore, mine had been a toasted vegan, which is basically ruined after sittingfor that long. Absolutely soggy and gross. Coworker said her bread was soggy also. Hopefully they can get their stuff together,because this ain't it.
