I made reservations online for taboo and there was no mention of a cover fee to dine here. The charge was 148.00 per person with a 74.00 credit towards food, which won’t get you much. Besides the entrance fee shenanigans, the food and service was good. View all feedback.

Taboo was amazing. Service. Food and ambiance is top notch. Highly recommend when you visit Tulum.
The vibes were great, however there is always a lot of drug dealers asking you to buy drugs. It is super annoying and inconsiderate.
El lugar es bonito, la comida fue muy buena y muy bien servida, aunque algo caro, como todo en Tulum. Sin embargo, el ambiente no me gustó en absoluto; se siente pesado y los meseros son bastante insistentes. Apenas puedes platicar, ya que se quedan de pie junto a ti durante mucho tiempo.
