Our server was friendly and helped us understand the menu items. The two soups we ordered were really good - tortilla soup with avocados and chicken and rice in chicken broth. My husband got the enchiladas in a green sauce - it was more tart than expected. I got the vegetables with rice and beans. The rice contained broccoli and carrots but had a strange soapy flavor The beans were so-so. Overall, this is a good place for Mexican food at very good prices. I would go back to try other dishes on the menu.

Just a short walk from the bus station is Rincon Poblano which was a wonderful find. We had the fajitas and the chorizo & onion dish. Both were really nice and great value. The proprietor is very friendly and speaks good English. If you are after some good Mexican food in Tulum you need not look any further.
