The staff immediately asked if there were any allergies and identified the items I could eat. I opted for the Katsu bowl, they used alternative flour to coat the pork. It was DELICIOUS! I asked several questions and our server was very patient with us and would ask the chef if he didnt know the answer himself. They reassured me that the Wasabi was real and did not have flour! And their cocktails were very yummy!
