LATEST UPDATE: STOLE MORE THAN $200 FROM MY ACCOUNT BY CHARGING ME 10 TIMES. terrible customer service. Please listen to the reviews that say they try to trick you into overpaying. Had a problem with the hookah we bought not working, which required staff to assist us for at least 15 minutes when we only had it for 30 mins. When I asked for an accommodation for the poor experience and service, I was told there is nothing they will do or anyone to talk to. We’re also told that this specific bar has a diff conversion rate from pesos to dollars, which also didn’t sit right or make sense to us. Hopefully if you go here you don’t have a problem with your service or a charge, because it will not get resolved. 1/10. Edit: they charged me an extra $40 when they saw my review. Tried to call the restaurant to speak with a manager, and was literally just told no. Very fraudulent business Re the business reply: We reached out to you several times to resolve the issue and we’re not assisted at all. I sent you the receipt. Also it was not a double charge, it was two transactions of different amounts, which makes no sense when i only swiped my card once. Seems to me like the waiter tipped themselves on my card without my authorization, which is fraudulent business practice. Nothing to ‘misunderstand’ about the charge. Went to an event that black in Tulum hosted here horrible service racism. They only let you sit at the table for an hour and then try to bully you into buying a $450 bottle of liquor to continue sitting at the table. I came for a bachelorette party and it was so damn fun! We came from Chicago and wanted to hear good music. They were playing the hits and the servers were so fun and nice! Shoutout to Enzo and Edwin! They had the sparklers, the bottles and the energy! (Come here if you’re looking for those cookout vibes IYKYK. Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
