For started my friend chose the guacamole which she said was the best she’d ever had in her travels anywhere. I had the crunchy salad with tortilla topping and it was divine. For mains my friend chose a non-vegan dish and I opted for Mole. This was the first time I’ve tried Mole which was a tasting sample of four different Mole dips/sauces. One red pepper based, one chipotle, one black bean, and I think one olive based. Of the two black bean “blocks” one came wrapped in banana leaf and one in vine leaf. It was a taste experience and not unpleasant but not my usual type of dish.

Ask for the chef to pass by and say hello to your table, he will blow your mind when you know all details of whats really on your plate. A bit at the end of the main road, don't let that to discourage you, believe me is worth it !! ENJOY
