The food is... read more We were lucky enough to have Ardea cater our wedding at Coco Hacienda, as well as take care of our guests' appetites the entire week of our wedding. The food is delicious, imaginative, and beautifully presented. For us Americans, the price will blow you away for the quality. The service and drinks are also amazing at Ardea and will beat any of the (much) more expensive, beach zone restaurants.

Enjoy fine dining in a very casual atmosphere. We enjoyed the Crudo de Atun which was absolutely beautiful and super delicious. Also enjoyed the Endsalada de Aguacate. Again delicious and beautifully plated. The arroz cremosa de calabaza with chipotle chile and aged goat cheese was nothing less then fantastic. The slow cooked short rib in avocado leaf was as tender as one could hope for. Seasoning perfect.This little gem of a restaurant is located in town as part of the Coco hotel. You can park there.Prices are very reasonable, the setting artful and intimate. The wait staff were excellent. Will definitely go back the next time I am in Tulum.
